Please reminded that you must submit your team's completed work in CD(s) by 7th AUGUST 2009, FRIDAY, 12 PM sharp.

Please label your CD(s) clearly with your supervisor name, module group number, team number and team leader's name. And include the VERSION NUMBER. Put as ONE for the first version. After you have deposited and you realised that you need to make any changes, the team can deposit another CD but it MUST be a complete set; but this time labelled the CD(s) with version number, TWO , and so on. CD(s) that are deposited will NOT be returned as these CD(s) are treated like your exam answer booklet(s). But ALL DEPOSIT(s) whether first time submission or changes MUST be drop into the collections boxes by the deadline at 12 PM sharp.

If you have say two CDs to deposit, please include in your label of the first CD, "CD 1 of 2" and the other CD, "CD 2 of 2".

CD(s) that are not clearly labelled will be deemed unacceptable and will NOT be marked. The collection will close at 12 NOON sharp. Late submissions will NOT be marked.

Two collection boxes in room L538 will be set up and ready for your deposit of CD(s) from 5th August 2009 (Wed) onwards. There will be two boxes. One for module groups 1 to 5 and the other for module groups 6 to 10. Please look out for boxes with the labels that read "OOAD Project (FINAL)" . Please deposit into the correct box for your respective module group.

For more details, please read your project guidebook under the project schedule for week 16.

The presentation schedule will be annouced next week via email. Your presentations will be conducted from 11th - 12th August 2009.
